Mary Jo, affectionately known as MJ, is one of KI’s former clients, who enjoyed working with us so much that she decided to join the team. With a Ph.D. in multicultural adult and child education, MJ has an impressive background exemplifying collaboration, mentorship, and a passion for research.

MJ brings to KI her experience leading a university research development office, managing a state-wide NSF EPSCoR program, and serving as Associate Vice President for Research at the University of New Mexico. Her commitment to fostering collaboration and mentorship has not only left an indelible mark on the academic world but has also become a cornerstone of her approach to innovation.
