Jocelyn Tejeda

Jocelyn is passionate about inspiring and empowering women, students, and leaders to become change agents of their lives, community, and the world. As an Educator, Coach,  Facilitator, and Consultant, she enjoys leading trainings, workshops, and initiatives on creative problem solving, and leadership development. Jocelyn has a unique blend of experiences that helps organizations develop talent and build spaces that are innovative, and human-centered. She earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education and a Master’s in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State. 

Sneak Preview: Jocelyn’s KI coworkers take comfort in knowing that she is a fully committed team player who will take on whatever role is required to best serve the outcomes of a workshop and the people in it. Clients find she radiates strength and positivity. 

At the water cooler? Ask Jocelyn about:  Dogs, Dancing and Dessert! Jocelyn is a foodie known for cooking with love and trying new dishes./recipes . She enjoys the spiritual adventure of travel and the joy of an impromptu dance party. So, if you hear a Latin beat, look out, you’ll soon be dancing, too! Lastly, she is an advocate for rescues and is the proud dog mom and friend to three.
