Ryan has a passion for helping others succeed. One of the reasons he loves working at KI is that we pride ourselves in being behind the scenes, even while being in front of the room. Magnifying the ideas of others and watching as the inevitable aha moments occur.

Before joining KI, Ryan had a career in engineering and manufacturing operations leadership in a variety of sectors from semiconductor and electronics manufacturing to reverse and forward logistics for name brands you’d recognize. This included leading teams from a couple dozen engineerings to 5,000 person operations. Ryan holds a BS in Engineering Physics and MBA.

Sneak Preview: Ryan’s coworkers appreciate that he is a wizard when it comes to all our behind the scenes systems. He is endlessly patient, even when it comes to explaining, for the fifth time, why we can’t edit our spreadsheet (the column is locked, it’s always locked). 

At the water cooler? Ask Ryan about: Ryan is an up and coming stained glass artist and spends a lot of his free time in Studio 11, part of a downtown Columbus makerspace. Ryan is also a fan of MLS Soccer and the Columbus Crew.
